Paul's Day 7 and a small F2P update - 11/6/20

What's new (patreon builds only)-
- A new CG in Paul's day 7, visible only with NSFW turned on
- Paul's day 7
What's new (for everyone!)-
- A rework to Paul's sprites head so as to make him appear more his age (What age is that, I wonder?)
- Similar rework to any CG that has Paul in it
- Introduction of a feature that will allow you to see if an option choice is horny or leads to something horny. Will later be expanded to do more than that, but that's for later.
- Android build has been pushed out to the public version as well.
- Fixed a number of mundane errors with the script.

In two weeks, on Friday, November 20th, Alan's day 7 will be added to the patreon version of the game. I'll be looking to make more improvements to the game aside from simply extra content (as seen with the Horny Indicators), so stay tuned!
