More monthly mashup mixtapes are coming soon, I promise!
Added 2021-07-21 04:21:32 +0000 UTCI know that we are nearly two months behind on releasing any of our curated monthly mashup mixtapes, which we always make exclusive to our Patreon long before they're available to the general public. But don't worry -- they are coming!
As you probably know, the past month has been frenetic and crazy, as I had to move from Berlin back to San Francisco in order to re-launch our parties, now that California (and Washington state) have re-opened. So I've been pre-occupied with not only firing up the party machine again, but also setting up a new home, which is being outfitted as a livestreaming studio as well!
So please forgive me on not being as timely with the monthly mashup mixtapes as I would like. Several different ones are in the works and will all be dropping soon, including:
• Bootie Mashup Hoedown (country music mashups)
• Pop/Punk mashup mixtape
• Emo mashup mixtape
• Best of Bootie Mashup 2003 & 2004 (our first two years, before we started doing annual compilations)
• Bootie Mashup International (foreign language, non-English mashups)
If you have theme or artist ideas you would like to see made into a mashup mixtape, please let me know in the comments, and thank you for your patience! At least we haven't missed a monthly Top 10 yet! (And last month was actually 20!)
