Nilah is really strong but sucks very hard vs mages and mages are overall better than ADCs right now, if you are against Kaisa or something you can lock in nilah, but blindpick is hard if enemy picks mage.
Aphelios is terrible still, and is also bad vs mages.
Cait amongst best adcs this patch.
Tristana up a tier, good QoL buffs and champ isnt as bad as people think ( scales very good ) just avoid caitlyn!
Smolder bot is terrible
Varus down a tier, with the rise of mage bots hes worse because his best build is on hit and lethality varus is so mega nerfed.
