Wukong just has bad items when divine sunderer was removed imo, need more buffs or better items.
Dblade nerf hurts TF, and so did previous nerfs to fleet and boot nerf in some matchups hurt him too and kraken nerf + statikk movespeed nerf, down a tier.
Akshan down a tier, nerfs to his items and runes previously hurts him.
