This is a Preview of the animation released for Platinum:

This is the 4th stage for the Vaginal sequence for the Wall rug: Standing Behind Rough Doggy Stage 4.
In this animation the Female changes the position of her hands and feet to multiple different poses, so her pose changes constaly through the animation. The man does the same but only with his hands.
It has 4 speeds, that increase and decrease gradualy from slower action to faster and back. It also has full physics, animated penis with huge penis support and extra movements. The males' head is also locked when he is looking at the female, but nor so much as for first person camera support, but for more realistic movement.
It has Different sounds in each version
Install ony one version, either rough or normal, not both.

Don't let the transparency issues Sims4 has to confuse you. There is no clipping between the heads.
