This is a new Handjob animation for the Lounge Chair: Relaxing Handjob. I think that the Lounge Chair was included in June's patch and you do not have to own Island Living, but I have, so I am not 1000% certain.
This animation has multiple speeds (6 in total) that change gradually to make the animation run fast and go back to slow. In the preview, you see part of the fast part. Beides that, it has full physics animated penis for huge penis support, and extra movements (for the female mostly). The male's head is "locked" looking and following the female's at all time for better First Person camera support. The Female is also "locked" towards the male's head, but when see looks down, it is locked at his penis :)
I didn't make the male move around because I wanted to give this animation a more male dom feeling, like he is relaxing and telling her what to do.
Besides this animation, I have also remastered yesterday's animation In the Sea Blowjob. Apparently, when an animation is played on the floating lounge chair they continue to play their idle animation and that causes cliiping. It also looks wierd.
So, I added an "idle" animation to the lounge chair, and made the sims be affected by it:

Both animations have the same sounds in both versions.
