This is the 2nd stage for the Vaginal sequence for the Toilet: Reverse Cowgirl Stage 2.
This stage also has 2 speeds, the one you see in the preview and a slightly slower one, animated penis fo huge penis support, full physics and a few extra movements. Both the male and the female have their heads "locked" when the look at the other for better First Person Camera support.
It has the same sounds in both versions.
