This is Samantha Gibson, A gorgeous Blonde young adult eager to meet your Sims.
All her outfits use CC, including the weather outfits. All the CC reguired are included in the file to save you the trouble.
In the file you will find a folder called "Mods". Everything in there goes to your mods folder. You may allready have some of the cc used, so you can either overight them or just skip them. Everything else goes in the Tray folder. I believe that the Tray Folder does Not support subfolders.
To fully customize Samantha the way you want, use this console command Before you go in CAS:
cas.fulleditmode
