Devices: Dancing Poles Fix

This is a fix for the Dancing Poles and the Caged Dancing Pole to stop them from causing exceptions when a Sim is Viewing them. They were fixed the first time when the _focus_ bone was introduced but at some other game patch, it seems their Tuning had to be updated as well.
Everything is working perfectly now.
To make certain everyone has the latest and working versions of all the Devices, in the file attached you will find all of them, Except the Stair Rugs.
So, download and overight your old files, Happy Pole "Dancing" :D
