This is the Climax stage for the Vaginal sequence for the beds: Vaginal Spooning Climax.
It has 3 speeds for the sex part, full physics, animated penis with huge penis support, kissing as the previous stage, a new movement for the male for the climax part, and effects for the female. Each sim has their own climax movements. The males' head is also locked when looking at the female mostly for more realistic movement.
It has the same sounds in both versions.
Install only one version, either Rough or Normal, not both.
