I once had someone tell me that when Furin is small like this that her hair loops look similar to bunny ears, so perhaps it is fitting that Furin's chibi is the first illustration for this year that will soon be the year of the rabbit. You may call this phase "ugly", but it is just the egg before the swan hatches. I can not wait to see her all finished.
