[PimpMySims4] Cafe Lot Traits (Butler Cafe, Maid Cafe, Kitty Cafe, Doggy Cafe)

Kitties and doggies and maids, oh my! Are you guys ready to make cute themed cafes or restaurants?! No? Well you should be! 

Today I have 3 lot traits for you! A maid cafe, kitty cafe, and doggy cafe lot trait. They are separate files in case some of you don't have cats & dogs or just want one or two of these lot traits. They are pretty straight forward but add a bit more character to game play. I'm sure most of you are aware of the craze over themed cafes especially in Japan, so I wanted to add some of that to sims 4. 

Butler Cafe and Maid Cafe *NEW*

 Teen and Young Adult male sims will spawn on the lot in butler costumes for the butler cafe and Teen and Young Adult female sims will spawn on the lot in maid costumes for the maid cafe and socialize with and clean up after guests. Sims on this lot will get a happy buff while on this lot. You don't need to use this only at cafes! You can own a restaurant or retail lot and give the lot this trait and essentially run your own maid/butler cafe... or you could put this on your home lot if you are just kinky like that... 

Kitty Cafe and Doggy Cafe

Cats will spawn on the lot with the kitty cafe lot trait and dogs will spawn on the lot with the doggy cafe lot trait. Unlike the existing lot traits that came with cats and dogs, these animals will actually come into the building and act as if it's their home. Cats will climb on counters and tables and dogs will eagerly beg for your affection. While on these lots your sims will get a happy buff AND will have pet related whims like "meet a cat" or "pet a dog". Just like the maid cafe, feel free to experiment by using these lot traits on other venues like retail, restaurants, generic, or maybe even a nightclub... why not, right? 

Of course if you crave chaotic good, you could use all 3 traits at once, but they probably work best if you just choose 1 since there are limits to how many sims (pets included) can spawn on a lot. Anyway.... have fun!
