Dropbox Issues

I have been having major issues with Dropbox as of late. I can't create new links ever since I switched to a business account. It says I don't have the "permissions," to make them. And a link that works seems to only work for me, it's 404 for you....

Hopefully then I will have my new Tablet so I can start drawing again! Been to long!
