Samira top is buffed this patch, not so bad, her stats gets buffed over and over. Idk what to rank it but you can for sure try it if u want.
Kennen buff is nice but AP tops overall arent strong atm and he is one of the best ones anyways bef...

Ryze changes is more of a nerf in pro play than soloq, this can make ryze carry more later, but still weaker early. For low elo soloq especially this is a buff, but in high elo and pro play its a nerf imo.
Lucian buffs is very good for solo...
